DESIGN FTM T-Shirts believes that the design on your merchandise is as important as the quality of the garment. We offer our customers a full design service, from idea conception to the final image. Our design team can create original artwork and are more than happy to work with your ideas. If you already have a completed image we can prepare the artwork correctly before it goes to manufacture. (All art must be supplied in 300 DPI Resolution, to the size required on garment, in jpeg, pdf, psd format or similar) < insert example images here > ARTWORK COLOUR PREPARATION For screen printing and embroidery all art work must be separated into individual colours. The number of colours printed per image, effects the price of the print. Each colour printed, per image, on the garment requires an individual screen to be set up. There is a once off fee for this. Upon re orders of the same design, you wont be charged the screen set up fee. The same design can be printed with different colour inks with no additional charge. All separations and film work is done in house, a digital and hard copy is kept and backed up to ensure old designs can be reordered. PRODUCTION Most production is done in house at FTM T-Shirts. This ensures good quality control, accurate scheduling of jobs and quick turn around time on re orders. Our screen printing process uses Plastisol Ink that is heat cured which ensures a durable finish. Spot colour printing with Pantone colour matching is the most common practice but full colour Process printing is available also. All embroidery is done with a maximum amount of stitches which results in a perfect finished product. With a maximum of 6 colour printing and embroidery, any image can be re created accurately. CUSTOM GARMENTS FTM T-Shirts uses a large number of suppliers from all over the world. However sometimes that special garment may not be readily available. This is a minor hurdle. With the help of local and international manufacturers we can create almost anything that you can think of. DISTRIBUTION Once your order is complete it can be shipped nation wide using a variety of road and air freight service providers. We will always try to use the cheapest available service to get your merchandise to your destination on time. Overnight and same day freight is available. If you would prefer to pick your order up direct from FTM T-Shirts that can also be arranged. We can ship a whole order together or for a touring client we can split your order and send to multiple destinations if this is required.
